Security Personnel
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform security and risk assessments of all facilities, including security equipment condition and provide summary of needed improvements to senior management
- Work closely with other functional leaders and contractors regarding security issues
- Provide executive protection coverage for company owners and senior leaders on an ongoing basis
- Security planning and coverage for major events
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of strong Corporate Security experience, including Program Management experience
- Security risk assessment and audit experience
- Understanding of physical security issues
- Strong understanding of security equipment and software as it relates to security access, cameras and alarm systems
- Experience working in or having security responsibility for field-based distribution or warehouse facilities preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task
- High ethical standards a must
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Travel may be required on a case-by-case basis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional security certification preferred, e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS)
- Military or Law Enforcement Background
Experienced Investigator
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop, implement and manage investigation protocols on a case-by-case basis
- Maintain relationships with state, local, federal and international law enforcement and other public agencies
- Conduct, supervise and prepare reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of regulations, policies and procedures
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, criminal justice, law enforcement, or closely related field
- Understanding of proper investigative methodologies and management of investigative services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task
- High ethical standards a must
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
